For example, a typical wellbeing survey may ask people about how they feel about the organisation’s wellbeing offering, however, they do not directly identify individuals struggling with presenteeism at work, therefore, will fail to solve this issue.

- Low productivity – Cari solves low productivity by identifying the reasons for low productivity and altering the brain state.

- Unethical behaviour.

- Poor management – Cari measures this using Leadership 360 and provides the right support so that the leader can work best.
- Getting people engaged and proactive in their own wellbeing and teams – You can measure this by voice, Cari solves this issue by getting people to benchmark and then providing FEFE ways to alter their state, plus FEFE ways to engage and support team – we need to connect to other people for the best levels of wellbeing – we are better together.
Sickness and Absence:
Cari can identify:
- The wellbeing levels and brain function of individuals, identifying whether they may be close to having time off work for sickness.
- The support that individuals may need to keep them in work.
- Those that need constant supervision and additional wellbeing initiatives to prevent long term sickness and absence.
Cari can solve:
- Sickness absences usually/ always have a brain function or mental health attribute – Cari measures this by checking which staff members are sick from work due to mental health issues. Cari then solves this issue by finding the underlying reason/s and handling them asap for a more rapid return to high functioning health.
- Reduce the time taken off work by employees – Cari checks this through regular pulse surveys and check-ins. It is proven that people take less time off when their brains are attuned to improved immunity, ability to access resources.
- Unsure how to support people with short term mental health issues – Cari will be able to identify those that are not experiencing poor mental health for a long period through pulse surveys and check-in. Cari will then solve this issue by targeting interventions that are most appropriate for the individual, tailored to them and to their capability to respond to interventions positively.
- Avoiding long term sickness and absence – Cari introduces early interventions to combat this issue before it becomes extensive. Many long term sickness issues are related to mental health and burn out – this means not going off sick until falling below 50 or 25% wellbeing – at this point no usual interventions will work – therefore 1) find them before they drop down 2) ensure the treatment fits the need and that it is ‘useable’ for the client.
Attrition:

She solves this issue by targeted interventions before you get to the exit interview stage.
- How can you keep your staff? – Cari monitors staff 2x a month with pulse surveys, as a preventative measure.
Accidents:
Cari can identify:
- Whether accidents at work have mental health connections.

- Mental health/ engagement aspects to accidents – accident rates with higher engagement and mental health.
Making the most out of your expertise and current resources:
Cari can identify:
- Why your people are not currently engaging with your previous wellbeing initiatives.

- Not enough people engaging with the wellbeing initiatives we already have in place – Cari consultations – neuroscience based algorithms that detect conscious and unconscious responses. Cari is able to see behind the brave face and identify with 92% accuracy what each person needs at the time.
Culture issues:

- We want to transform our culture – Cari undertakes cultural reports on the business. She identifies the underlying issues and then uses our targeted plan for moving into positive culture.
Human support:

- Presentees/ reactive people – Cari consultation and dashboard with direct feedback to the individual directing them to the apt support etc. These people benefit most from sharing with their peers and colleagues, so signposting them to workshops and events which are specially designed to increase psycho education and enable face to face contact (even through the screen).
- Injured – These people need one to one support – coaching with NEU OSCKAR.
- Ill – These people need 1-1 support, gentle, supportive approach, either through counselling, or even better, coaching that focuses on the neuroscience of their state of mental health and provides specific FEFE approaches to changing the ‘Default Mode Network’ which is the neural processing that prevents them from accessing their capability.
