Science-based technology that reveals presenteeism.

You canʼt fake it. You canʼt fool it. Cari uses scientifically proven data collection methodology which is why Cari, alone, can provide accurate and detailed data on presenteeism. Read our latest research>

This is why our clients have described Cari’s profile and analysis as “uncannily” or even “spookily” accurate and have thought “Cari wasn’t going to get me – but she did!”

We are
Occupational Psychologists.

Experts: creating thriving workplaces.

We are experts in workplace health and performance and use positive psychology and Health & Safety Executive risk assessment metrics to elevate health and performance.

We’re not
Clinical Psychologists.

Experts: curing medically diagnosed disorders.

They are experts in poor mental health. Tech diagnostics using clinical metrics could be in breach of the Mental Health Act, and are only relevant to 15% of employees.

*The WHO Guidelines for mental Health at work 2022 has stated that at any one point in time 15% of the population have a mental health condition – but this isn’t static, and people can effectively tackle mental health and recover from it. So catching mental health issues before they become profound is vital. Ensuring that we focus on the 85% of people who are ostensibly healthy but who may be presentees is equally vital – as these are the people who will fall into the 15% if we fail to ensure their safety and support.

Data.
It’s what drives us.

Data is your starting point – without good quality data you cannot get good quality business decisions – and yet, there is rarely good quality data available around wellbeing, EDI, commitment and even employee engagement.

The problem is, people are busy putting on a brave face – and hence the problem of presenteeism. If you are going to get the right kind of data you need to be able to analyse the inputs to provide a meaningful output – and furthermore, you need to know what to ask, and how to ask it.

Cari has been developed to provide a unique form of data that can only be derived through the complex algorithms and analysis that has been developed and coded into the programming. This form of AI does not rely on questionnaire data, drawn from questionable sources, like the internet (rife with inequality and bias). These algorithms are based on scientific processes that review each individual without comparison to biased stereotypes.

Instead we are reviewing the data against what we understand of the brain’s responses to environmental factors – these responses are fundamental, and yet we hardly even use them as data benchmarks – we rarely consider the brain chemistry of our employees and we rarely consider this when reviewing the performance of an employee. And yet, it is this neuropsychological data that will enable us to promote wellbeing, enable high performance, and reduce costs.

Cari will provide all the data you need if you want to:

•  Make informed decisions
•  Prevent risks from becoming events
•  Get the results you want
•  Find solutions to problems
•  Back up your arguments and intuition
•  Stop the (expensive) guessing game
•  Be strategic in your approaches
•  Know when you are doing brilliantly – and what works
•  Track and trend your progress
•  Drive more ROI from your teams efforts
