Amy is an expert in her field and brings a unique perspective with her experience as an in-house wellbeing lead, a consultant, and her background in clinical health. Amy’s deep understanding of workplace health and wellbeing was invaluable when helping us write a compelling wellbeing strategy that addressed our internal needs whilst accounting for UK health trends.

As a part of her work with us, Amy also developed a bespoke webinar for Mental Health Awareness Week for our colleagues. This was well received with 100% of respondents saying they would recommend to a colleague and scoring the session 9.5/10.

Samsung – Nicola Williams

“Before we started working with Amy, we had in place quite a few staff support resources in place and experience with organizing different awareness raising activities on mental health. However, we were still in need of creating alignment among our teams in charge of different mental health aspects and we wanted to establish a clear long-term strategic outlook on where we want to go. Even though we had resources, we still needed to make sure that they are clearly communicated across all different services of our institution and that mental health matters were fully integrated into Parliament’s human resource management policies.

The European Parliament is quite a complex institution and we were pleasantly surprised with the level of insight and understanding of our institution that Amy showed very early in our cooperation. She is the expert in what she does and knows how to ask the right questions, involve the right stakeholders, and stop the gaps in processes. She shares her rich knowledge in the field in a way that is adapted to different audiences, and she does so with ease, in a very organized and structured matter. While working on our project, we perceived Amy more like our partner, not so much as a consultant, as we really felt supported and we could see that she was dedicated to delivering best quality product in line with our needs.

As a result of our work with Amy, we now have a clear framework for our mental health programme, which enables us to integrate mental health aspects in our HR policies in a clear and structured way. Our teams feel much more comfortable and aligned in delivery of different mental health activities as we now have a clear understanding of our different roles and responsibilities. We also defined all key strategic elements (e.g. vision, mission, principles, description) for our mental health programme that will guide us with everything that we do in this field in the future.”
