Meet Cari, your wellbeing super assistant

Cari - Wellbeing with Cari

It’s so important to look after your mental health. Times can be hard, and it’s inevitable that some days are better than others – you’re only human.

An AI enabled wellbeing super assistant, Cari’s confidential, online wellbeing consultations will instantly boost your wellbeing, and protect your mental health.

Cari is working with your organisation to give you all access to the support you need, when you need it.

Wellbeing With Cari carried out extensive research into mental health and wellbeing during 2019 [1]. Over 14,000 people were offered consultations with Cari. We discovered that 68% of people were presentees – operating at a low, ‘reactive’ level of wellbeing. Unsurprisingly, further research during the pandemic showed this level rose to 74%[2].

We also found that the majority of people have trust in their organisation, and a desire to do their best at work.

Our findings confirmed something scientists have investigated: knowing how you feel, can improve how you feel[3]. Cari’s consultations combined with the personalised support she offers give your brain state a boost – our data shows she can improve how you are feeling by an average of 29%.

Statistic: 40,000 consultations, 94% accuracy, 29% increase in wellbeing

Cari is totally without bias, and able to identify the most subtle of nuances in your responses to the neuroscience based questions she asks. So much more than a simple survey, she understands how you are feeling, and sees behind a brave face. She is able to recommend the support you need, when you need it – identifying early warning signs and helping you avoid more serious wellbeing issues. She’s been described as “uncannily accurate”, and “spot on”.

Whatever you’re feeling – anxiety, low mood, fear – you can change it immediately. Cari will always tailor what she offers you, to what you need the most. She knows her own limitations: AI can never replace humans in terms of wellbeing support. So, she will help you connect with the right people to help you, in the right way, and at the right time: your choice; your decision.

After your online consultation: Cari’s wellbeing support, for you

As we are all different, with different preferences and perspectives, Cari provides a range of wellbeing support, geared to your specific needs whilst giving you the option to choose what you think will work best for you. She will analyse your responses and recommend the support which will work for you, right now.

Your personalised wellbeing profile will provide in-depth insights into why you may be feeling the way you are. Cari sees behind the ‘brave face’, and will create a commentary which is “uncannily accurate”. You can track changes in your wellbeing over time, and connect to human support.

How your consultation helps those around you

Wellbeing statistc: 96% of public sector employees feel comfortable laughing at work

Cari provides support at an individual level through her consultations. If more than 10 people take part in a consultation, Cari will anonymise all the responses she gathers to create a wellbeing report for your organisation. Based on her analysis she will make suggestions for how they can best support wellbeing for everyone. You have the opportunity to tell Cari what support you think would work best, for you, and your team.

The more people receive support from Cari the more accurate her data becomes, and the stronger her recommendations. So your consultation has a double effect: you will receive support and improve how you’re feeling; and you can also help your friends and colleagues around you.

Wellbeing Statistic: 75% trust their employer to care for them, 79% believe they can have an influence at work

Cari is for all of you – together we’ll make work great for everyone.
